Patient Portal

Indiana Care Network patients can access their records through a Cerner Electronic Health Record tool shared with Indiana Regional Medical Center (IRMC), IRMC Physician Group (IPG), Punxsutawney Physician Group (PPG), and UrgiCare. The patient portal tool is named IRMC.me.

If you have previously registered with IRMC.me, simply continue to use that site to access your Indiana Care Network records, appointments, and test results. Click here or the button below to go directly to the IRMC.me log in page.

If you are unfamiliar with the Patient Portal, please click here or use the button below to visit the IRMC.me Patient Portal page for detailed registration instructions. All you need to create your own account is a personal email address and your home zip code.
